We're investigating an issue where publishing can get stuck waiting for Bolt to finish current work. Some users may also see editing blocked while this occurs.

As a workaround, reloading the page and retrying publish may help (note: reloading can risk losing unsaved changes). We've shipped mitigations to add diagnostics and a 5-minute timeout so publishes don't hang indefinitely, and we're actively monitoring the situation.
